Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 5+ years of work experience;
• Knowledge of English (B1 level);
• Experienced user of MS Office, e-mail, 1C;
• Work experience in transport logistics;
• Experience with export-import operations.
• Experience with air transportation from China to the EU, other countries would be an asset;
• Independent booking, work on different platforms;
• Control and movement of goods along the entire route, checking accompanying documentation and preparing it for the broker;
• Calculation of the most optimal route in terms of time and finances.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting international transportation at all stages;
• Preparation of the necessary shipping and transport documentation;
• Control of mutual settlements and payments to counterparties;
• Tracking the movement of goods, entering relevant data into the 1C system;
• Preparation of cargo handling reports
