Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably technical);
• 1+ year of work experience (ready to consider a student);
• Experience in document management in the field of educational, consulting services would be an asset;
• Experience with social platforms (LinkenIN, Facebook, Instagram) would be an asset;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs – Excel, Word, Power Point;
• Experience of communication with clients;
• High level of concentration;
• Competent speech, erudition, organization;
Responsibilities:
• Execution of documents with clients - contracts, invoices, statements of rendered services;
• Database maintenance - clients, trainers/instructors;
• Contracts with contractors-suppliers (stationery, provision of coffee breaks, etc.);
• Organization of an effective feedback system between the client and the training center (questionnaires and processing of questionnaires);
• Ordering books and laboratory for training courses;
• Preparation of students' certificates;
• Arranging business trips - tickets, hotels booking, etc.
• Work with social media platforms (LinkenIN, Facebook, Instagram);
• Processing of incoming requests;
