• Higher education; • 1+ year of work experience in a similar position; • Knowledge of English and Russian; • Willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
• Organization of warranty and paid repairs; • Recruitment of employees, development of their motivation, personnel management; • Saving the current statuses of the Service Centers and obtaining new authorizations; • Conclusion of service contracts with vendors, manufacturers and customers; • Interaction with the vendor (implementation of KPI, calculations, reporting, document flow).
