Requirements:

• Higher education;
• Knowledge of IT market;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Good negotiation and presentation skills;
• Ability to analyze and assimilate large amounts of information;

Responsibilities:

• Project support with DDP, CPT, FCA delivery terms;
• Records management. Preparation of supply contracts and their coordination with the relevant departments;
• Collection and submission of the necessary documents from partners to the relevant departments;
• Timely execution of documents in CRM/1С;
• Preparation and control of document flow with partners;
• Interaction with suppliers and contractors;
• Accounts receivable control with partners;
• Control of the dates of shipment of goods, timely informing the responsible manager;
• Maintaining a register of project contracts and annexes to them;
• Organization of documents exchange with representative offices in other countries;
• Accounting and conducting transactions in CRM, reporting on them;
• Preparation of analytical information;
• Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events.
