Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably technical);
• Competent oral and written speech (Kazakh, Russian, English);
• Knowledge and experience in management, negotiations, business theory and practice, training in the field of effective sales, marketing and trade marketing;
• Experience in a similar position in the distribution segment (preferably international companies) for at least 5 years;
• Good knowledge of the Kazakhstan market, the basics of the economy and the necessary base for creating and running a business.
Responsibilities:
• Formation of sales plans in the assigned region and their implementation;
• Business development in the assigned region;
• Search and development of partner base;
• Active sales;
• Communication with key customers, partners;
• Search and development of partner base;
• Monitoring of competitors;
• Tracking market conjuncture and the formation of a local strategy.
