Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 3+ years of work experience;
• Experience with IP telephony systems: Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager; VoIP gateways;
• Experience in configuring / administering video conferencing systems, messaging: Cisco Jabber, Cisco Telepresence, Cisco Expressway;
• Knowledge of TCP\IP protocol stack;
• Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, IPsec, GRE, SIP, ARP; VLAN, NAT, PBR, STP, Syslog;
• Experience in administration of Cisco network L2-L3 equipment (routers, switches);
• Experience in administering VPN, Firewall-systems Cisco ASA, Fortinet;
• Experience with virtualization systems VMware ESXi, vSphere, vCenter.
Responsibilities:
• Monitoring of the network, services, applications;
• Maintenance of the network infrastructure in good operating condition;
• Providing external access to the company's services;
• Ensuring the protection and security of the network;
• Search and elimination of arising problems;
• Development, improvement, modernization of the network and telephony;
• Interaction with providers, telecom operators;
• Diagnosis of hardware and software problems;
• Periodic maintenance of network equipment;
• Installation of network equipment;
• Installation\replacement of components, consumables;
• Installation of updates;
• Drawing up plans/reporting;
• Backup\restoration of configurations, software;
• Advice/assistance to users on network and telephony problems.
