Requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• Proficiency in English – reading, speaking, writing;
• Experience in an IT company (partner, distributor or IT vendor);
• Skills in working with corporate clients, technical pre-sales, implementation of IT services and software;
• Knowledge of the IT market, vendors and partner ecosystem in the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience as a product manager of IT solutions/services;
• Experience in leading a group of product managers or specialists in the implementation/support of IT solutions/services;
• Knowledge and ability to work with ERP/accounting systems;
• Understanding of the functionality and features of cloud services;
• Experience working with cloud services; relevant certifications will be a significant advantage;
• Ability to move freely within the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of strategic planning of the work of the cloud products and services department of MUK Cloud. Establishing long-term goals for the development of MUK Cloud vendors, products and services;
• Development of MUK Cloud product and service competencies, ensuring the availability of the best partner statuses and company certifications available from vendors, within the framework of resources and goals agreed with the MUK Cloud management;
• Coordination and organization of the work of cloud products and services department specialists of MUK Cloud in all countries where MUK Cloud is present, quality control of work, provision of the necessary conditions for performing work tasks. Rational distribution of responsibilities and workload;
• Promoting solutions and professional services based on cloud products from the MUK Cloud vendor portfolio, working with MUK Cloud sales departments and partner product managers, creating a catalog of products and services, basic price lists and typical markups;
• Ensuring that MUK Cloud vendor targets and MUK Cloud sales plans are met within the business territory, by vendor: market share, turnover, margin, number of partners, number of partner end customers, certifications, customer reviews;
• Building and developing a strong partner channel for each vendor from the MUK Cloud portfolio: establishing connections with product managers of new partners, developing existing connections;
• Ensuring effective interaction between the cloud products and services department and other departments in order to meet vendor targets and sales plans;
• Ensuring the required SLA level when providing consultations and forming commercial proposals by the cloud products and services department of MUK Cloud;
• Ensuring pre-sales preparation of deals together with MUK Cloud sales departments;
• Negotiating the best commercial terms for MUK Cloud deals with vendors;
• Ensuring the required SLA level when processing service requests related to MUK Cloud cloud products and services (upon registration and resolution of service requests by the technical support team employees within the cloud products and services department of MUK Cloud);
• Ensuring high-quality provision of professional services by the technical support team employees. Monitoring the progress of service projects and analyzing the portfolio of such projects. Monitoring the provision of managed regular services;
• Ensuring effective use by the cloud products and services department employees of vendor tools for sales analytics and management of partners, clients, orders, billing and service requests;
• Making key decisions aimed at improving the quality of offers based on MUK Cloud products and services for partners and increasing the efficiency of technical support;
• Participation in marketing planning and implementation of marketing activities within the territory of business;
• Work with accounting systems, control of settlements with vendors (payments to the vendor, payments to the distributor);
• Preparation of and participation in quarterly reports for vendors and company management; • Establishment of close and long-term relationships with product and service roles of vendor representatives and key partners;
• Building and developing effective product and service teams of cloud solution vendors;
• Formation and implementation of an employee training plan in accordance with the cloud development strategy, certification. Training and certification in accordance with the development plan. Conducting internal trainings.
