Requirements:

• Higher education (technical);
• Proficiency in English – reading, speaking, writing;
• Experience in an IT company (partner, distributor or IT vendor);
• Skills in working with corporate clients, selling IT services and software;
• Knowledge of the IT market, vendors and partner ecosystem in the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience in leading a group of specialists in selling IT solutions/services;
• Knowledge and ability to work with ERP/accounting systems, contracts;
• Understanding the functionality and features of cloud services;
• Experience in working with cloud services; relevant certifications will be a significant advantage;
• Ability to move freely within the countries of Central Asia, the Caucasus and Southeast Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of strategic planning for the work of the sales departments and the operations department of MUK Cloud. Setting long-term sales goals for MUK Cloud;
• Coordination and organization of the work of specialists from the sales departments and the operations department of MUK Cloud in all countries where MUK Cloud is present, quality control of work, provision of the necessary conditions for performing work tasks. Rational distribution of responsibilities and workload;
• Promotion of cloud solutions and professional services from the MUK Cloud portfolio, work with the partner channel, formation of value propositions for partners;
• Ensuring the fulfillment of MUK Cloud sales plans within the business territory: market share, turnover, margin, number of partners, number of end customers of partners;
• Building and developing a strong partner channel: establishing connections with new partners, developing existing ones;
• Ensuring effective interaction between the sales departments (including the b2bcloud sales department) and the operations department with other departments in order to fulfill the sales plan;
• Making key decisions aimed at improving the quality of value propositions for partners and increasing the efficiency of operational activities;
• Participating in marketing planning and implementing marketing activities within the territory of business;
• Working with accounting systems, monitoring payments and minimizing accounts receivable;
• Preparing and participating in quarterly reports for vendors and company management;
• Establishing close and long-term relationships with vendor representatives and key partners;
• Building and developing effective teams for sales and operational support of cloud solution vendors;
• Forming and implementing an employee training plan in accordance with the cloud development strategy, certification. Training and certification in accordance with the development plan.
