Requirements:
• Higher education (management, administrative management);
• 3+ years of work experience in sales;
• English - A2, B1, Ukrainian - fluent;
• Business communication/correspondence skills;
• Office work, basic understanding of accounting;
• Experience in organizing corporate events and training;
• Confident user of accounting systems: Microsoft Office;
• High level of organizational skills;
• Ability to learn quickly;
• Attentiveness, responsibility, punctuality.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of primary documents (invoices, acts, contracts, invoices);
• Collection and systematization of financial documents;
• Maintenance of Excel tables (reports, course participant records, questionnaires, certificates, etc.);
• Office organization: office supplies, utilities, etc.;
• Administrative support for the team: course coordination from start to finish;
• Meeting course participants and accompanying them, resolving organizational issues;
• Business trip support.
