• Higher education;
• 3+ years of experience in international logistics;
• Experience with IT is desirable;
• Knowledge of the basic concepts and principles of international trade;
• Knowledge of international freight document flow;
• Knowledge of Incoterms rules.
Responsibilities:
• Placing orders with manufacturers;
• Monitoring orders at all stages of production and delivery;
• Interacting with manufacturers to expedite and coordinate shipment times;
• Maintaining a database of orders and their statuses;
• Claims handling with manufacturers and resolving disputes;
• Processing and monitoring payments to manufacturers;
• Preparing reports for manufacturers.
