Responsibilities:
• Support projects with CIP, CPT, DAP, DAT, FCA, and EXW delivery terms;
• Prepare contracts and accompanying documents for cargo and coordinate them with the relevant departments within the group of companies;
• Ensure timely document processing in the management accounting system;
• Prepare and manage document flow with partners;
• Monitor accounts receivable;
• Collection and provision of cargo documentation (certificates of conformity, Customs Union certificates, etc.);
• Preparation of documentation for import/export between regional offices;
• Monitoring the availability of goods in warehouses;
• Monitoring and organizing document exchange with representative offices in other countries;
• Preparation of information and provision of consulting support to commercial department employees;
• Assistance in preparing reports and collecting information for project implementation.
