Requirements:

• Higher technical education (preferably in telecommunications);
• Work experience of at least 3 years;
• Knowledge of English - Intermediate;
• General knowledge of Wi-Fi, Security, Routing & Switching, Collaboration, Data Center (incl.Videoconferencing) technologies and orientation in positioning and composition of solutions;
• Knowledge of Cisco product portfolio and local IT market;
• Good communication skills, ability to present/defend a solution efficiently;
• Confident user of MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the implementation of a comprehensive business plan for the development of MUK sales in Uzbekistan, participation in the development of marketing and action plans, achieving vendor KPIs;
• Building effective interaction with the sales team to increase Cisco sales;
• Working with the sales funnel, project management and fulfillment of the company's sales plans for Cisco;
• Increasing the loyalty of existing partners, identifying promising partners in the Cisco direction, assisting them in registration/renewal of status and developing joint business with them, building partnerships;
• Proactive work with partners to generate additional business for Cisco, high-quality development of the MUK and Cisco partner channel;
• Informing partners about MUK promotions, demo/warehouse stock and other benefits, constantly updating this information and providing assistance if questions arise;
• Assistance to partners in positioning and selling Cisco solutions in a competitive environment;
• Pre-sales support for partners with the involvement of engineering resources if necessary;
• Negotiating with the manufacturer's Representative Offices, obtaining entry conditions;
• Developing trusting relationships with the manufacturer's representatives;
• Interacting with the Cisco Channel team and synchronizing on key issues;
• Interacting with the Cisco Representative Office, sales and marketing departments to promote specific product categories and fulfill the vendor's targets;
• Drawing up specifications/commercial proposals, pricing calculations and project management for Cisco or vendors complementing Cisco solutions;
• Interacting with logistics, the finance department, accounting and the sales department to coordinate the scheme and conditions for the delivery of goods, finding the best options;
• Interacting with the company's regional offices;
• Passing the necessary exams to obtain Cisco accreditations;
• Interacting with the marketing department on planning and implementing marketing plans;
• Post-event management, analyzing and identifying the needs of potential customers, conducting analytics and surveys (jointly with the marketing department);
• Preparation and holding of business presentations for Cisco partners;
• Operational support of transactions in internal automated systems and vendor systems;
• Maintenance of a partner base.
