• 2+ years of work experience in administrative positions; • Proficiency in English - B1 or above; • Access to the systems of the global distribution system for booking transport tickets and hotel rooms would be an asset; • Experience in organizing and arranging business trips; • Experience in travel agencies would be an asset; • Excellent organization and communication skills; • High level of responsibility and attention to detail; • Fast learner and ability to adapt to new tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative support for internal teams in preparing for business trips: - Booking air and train tickets; - Searching for and booking hotels; - Organizing transfers (car rental); - Arranging insurance; - VIP services at airports. • Calculating business trip estimates; • Development of logistics; • Arrangement of invitations, visas, documents required for travel; • Search for housing for long-term residence, booking services, support for employee relocation.
