• Higher economic education (accounting and auditing, enterprise economics, finance); • 3+ years of work experience in a similar position in a medium or large business; • Advanced skills in 1C8 Trade Enterprise Management; • Professional user of MS Excel; • Competent oral and written communication (Russian, Ukrainian, English); • Understanding of the foreign economic activity process; • Ability to work with large amounts of information; • Ability to think analytically; • Experience working in IT companies (would be an asset); • Ability to quickly and efficiently find and organize the necessary information; • Constant self-development.
Responsibilities:
• Organization of work and effective management of cash flows of the enterprise; • Formation and consolidation of cash flow budgets, working with budget deficits; • Coordination of payments for the business process, creation of payment registers, monitoring of implementation; • Monitoring the schedule of the company's credit obligations and their implementation, working with banking institutions to attract new loans and servicing current ones; • Monitoring financial and accounting reporting for compliance with banking covenants; • Taking part in the annual audit and preparing information at the request of auditors; • Coordination of the work of outsourcing accounting departments; • Conducting reconciliations with buyers and suppliers; • Active work with large amounts of data in 1C, Excel + work with pivot tables; • Conducting analytical studies of planned/forecast and actual indicators on all aspects of the company's activities.
