Requirements:
• Higher technical education;
• Work experience in a similar position from 3 years;
• Knowledge of languages - Russian, English;
• Ability to manage subordinates, coordinate and control their activities;
• Business communication skills;
• Readiness for long-term cooperation with the company.
Responsibilities:
• Building and maintaining relationships with vendor representatives in the region: sales managers and partner channel;
• Regular reporting to the immediate supervisor, as well as the vendor's management;
• Preparation of presentations and quarterly business reports (QBR);
• Development and control of the implementation of the annual business plan. Analysis of the current sales funnel on a weekly basis. Development of proposals for increasing sales volumes;
• Planning and control of new marketing initiatives;
• Maintaining regular relationships with sales managers and regional representatives to ensure that all business requirements are met;
• Preparation of business plans for individual lines of business;
• Involvement of new partners to work with the vendor. Knowledge of the procedure for obtaining, renewing partnerships and related agreements;
• Interaction and assistance to other divisions of the company to achieve the set goals.
