• Higher education; • 1+ year of work experience; • Correct oral and written speech (English, Russian); • Experience in preparing presentations; • Experience with graphic editors; • Knowledge of office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher); • Technical erudition, knowledge of IT technologies would be an asset. • Availability of training certificates in the field of computer and telecommunications equipment (sales, technical support).
Responsibilities:
• Transaction support; • Operational activities for servicing transactions; • Internal reporting; • Issuing invoices and working with primary accounting documents; • Working with existing partners; • Processing of incoming requests and invoicing; • Consulting partners in projects; • Preparation and execution of commercial proposals; • Coordination of credit lines; • Working with primary documents (formation); • Accounting and conducting transactions in CRM, reporting on them; • Sales and distribution of goods; • Generation of guaranteed paid turnover and margin; • Ensuring a larger share of purchases in MUK among partners; • Promotion of products from MUK portfolio and conclusion of transactions; • Monitoring of competitors; • Preparation of analytical information; • Participation in exhibitions, marketing and corporate events; • Interaction with local and central office departments; • Quarterly report on results to management.
