Requirements:
• Higher education;
• 5+ years of work experience in transport/forwarding companies;
• Experience in managing people;
• Knowledge of local markets for transport and forwarding services;
• Negotiation skills;
• Deep understanding of the processes that make up foreign trade activities (documentary support for purchase and sale, banking requirements, shipping documents, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Development of new logistics routes;
• Work with local and international carriers;
• Work to reduce logistics costs;
• Monitoring and reporting on changes in legislation and customs clearance and delivery procedures in specified countries;
• Making changes to existing business processes and introducing new ones;
• Control of local logistics department personnel;
• Solving non-standard issues.
