• Higher education;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian – fluent, English – intermediate;
• 3+ years of work experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT services / software sales);
• Understanding of corporate sales and the long transaction cycle;
• Negotiation skills with corporate customers;
• Ability to work with objections and argue the value of a decision;
• Experience in working with commercial proposals and contracts;
• Experience of participating in tenders;
• Skills in working with MS Office programs;
• Ability to work with social platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.);
• Skills in working with 1C (preferred);
• Experience working with CRM systems (preferred).
Responsibilities:
• Search and attraction of corporate clients (B2B);
• Work with existing partners and customers;
• Sale of authorized IT training and certifications;
• Working with HR, L&D, IT managers and department heads;
• Preparation and defense of commercial proposals;
• Participation in tenders and competitive procedures;
• Development of long-term relations with clients;
• Work with CRM and sales funnel reporting;
• Monitoring of competitors;
• Consulting customers in the field of IT training.
