Requirements:

• Higher education;
• 5+ years of work experience in a similar position - more than 5 years;
• Knowledge of languages: Russian or Romanian - fluent; English - intermediate level or higher;
• Successful experience in the development of one of the vendors of IT products in a competitive environment;
• Experience in managing the sales department with full responsibility for the financial results of the department;
• Experience in the formation and implementation of the strategy for the development of the company's business areas;
• Successful experience of interaction with large companies, key players in the market (including the public sector).

Responsibilities:

• Formation of a development strategy for separate business areas of the company;
• Control and coordination of the implementation of the plans of the company's entrusted vendors;
• Monitoring of local tenders, promotion of products of the company's vendors within tenders;
• Formation of product lines of the local warehouse in the context of entrusted vendors, providing conditions for the sale of goods from the warehouse;
• Organization of events to promote the products of the company's entrusted vendors (marketing, online and offline events).
