Requirements:
• Higher education (preferably technical);
• 1+ year of experience, ready to consider a student;
• Preferable experience in document management in the field of educational, consulting services;
• Experience in communication with clients;
• High level of concentration;
• Competent speech, erudition, time management skills;
Responsibilities:
• Registration of documents with clients - contracts, invoices, acceptance acts;
• Maintaining a database of clients, trainers/instructors;
• Arranging contracts with contractors-suppliers (stationery, provision of coffee breaks, etc.);
• Organization of an effective customer-training center feedback system (questioning and processing of questionnaires);
• Ordering books and laboratory for courses;
• Preparation of students' certificates;
• Arranging business trips - ordering tickets, booking hotels, etc.
